It is rare to find excellent competence, compassion, empathy and efficiency in the same healthcare provider. I have interacted with many, and this place is absolutely unmatched. We went in with a complex, difficult situation and need. In response, I experienced that in Dr. Emin's clinic, the process, the staff, everything was so easy to interact with. Dr. Emin went to every length possible, above and beyond my expectations, to offer "whole patient" care and personal generosity. He and his team customized the visit to manage risks, listened carefully and with heart to our story, and did their best to offer solutions with a 360 degrees approach, so that the advice and care aligned with our family situation as a whole. I was deeply impressed and moved with such excellence and care.
We recently had our kid's first cleaning, and it was a great experience! Nicole, the hygienist, was patient, considerate, engaging, with great communication and gentle teaching all along the way. This was instrumental in making this a great first experience for our kid.
Highly recommended, and I hope others take Dr. Emin, his team and his office as an example of how healthcare should feel and work like.
